A spacious Alpine Residence — designed for two to eight, made for quiet Rejuvenation
Chalet Falk offers four serene suites shaped by warm materials, natural textures and a restrained Alpine-Japandi aesthetic. The atmosphere feels deeply comfortable for two and remains perfectly balanced for families or small groups who value generous space, privacy and clarity. Each suite includes its own bathroom with a rainshower and Occhio lighting, as well as a 55-inch screen with Netflix and satellite TV.
The Falk Lounge
The heart of Chalet Falk is a spacious lounge shaped for clarity, comfort and gathering. An open layout connects cooking, dining and shared moments around the large table or the cosy sofa corner with its pop-out window.
Floor-to-ceiling glass spans eleven metres and opens fully to the balcony and the creek below — a seamless transition to alpine air, horizons and the quiet glow of mountain sunsets. As evening settles, the open fireplace adds warmth and a calm focus.

The Private Spa Area
A spa experience that belongs entirely to you. Crafted from reclaimed wood, this private space offers warmth, focus and a quiet rhythm far removed from shared hotel wellness areas.
The panoramic Finnish sauna opens to the mountains. Step outside into crisp alpine air, hear the creek below, then unwind under a revitalising rain shower or in the gentle sway of the hanging loungers.

The heated Outdoor Pool
Open throughout the year, the heated outdoor pool (6.5 × 3.4 m) remains at a consistent 33°C — warm, inviting and always ready. Three integrated whirl loungers offer a calm place to unwind, while the counter-current system provides space for active laps.
Framed by alpine views, the pool becomes an elemental experience: in the early morning light, in the quiet of winter dusk or beneath the starlit night sky. A serene, effortless way to restore and to feel the landscape in its purest form.
Endless Outdoor Spaces
Across more than 230 m² of terraces and balconies, Chalet Falk offers generous outdoor areas shaped for calm, movement and time in the open air. A dedicated yoga and fitness deck, a lounge sofa on the upper terrace and sunbeds by the pool create distinct zones for relaxation, light activity and quiet time outdoors.
Surrounded by the Nockberge mountains, with fresh alpine air and the quiet flow of the creek, these spaces bring nature into every moment of your stay — from morning light to evening calm.
The Private Garden
The expansive 1,200 m² garden opens directly to the crystal-clear Oswald creek and the surrounding alpine meadows. A quiet fire pit with its own seating area, generous lawn areas and unobstructed views of the Nockberge Biosphere Park create a private outdoor setting shaped for calm moments close to nature — including memorable sundowners by the fire.

Important Information & Details
- All rates are per night and based on 2 guests with a minimum stay of 7 nights. Additional guests are charged €200 per night (up to a maximum of 8 guests including children). Shorter stays are available on request at an additional charge, with a minimum of 4 nights charged.
- Please note that due to the nature of the house and grounds (outdoor pool, direct access to mountain stream, open fires, etc.) the minimum age for children is 8 years. There are no discounts for children available.
- The chalet is a strictly non-smoking property, but smokers will find an ashtray outside.
- Party groups such as stag/hen parties etc. are not permitted. The same applies to pets.
Included in the chalet price:
- The exclusive, private use of the luxury chalet with all its amenities, including the private spa with a panoramic sauna and the heated outdoor pool with whirlpool loungers. In winter, pool usage may be restricted in extreme weather conditions (in this case €200 will be refunded for the days concerned).
- Personal welcome at the chalet upon arrival, followed by a discreet Digital Concierge Service via WhatsApp & phone throughout your stay.
- Electricity, water, high-speed internet / WiFi, firewood
- Final cleaning of the property (and an additional interim cleaning with linen change for stays of 8 nights or more)
- One complete, high-quality linen and towel set per person, comprising bed linen, 2 towels, 1 bath towel, 1 sauna towel and a cosy bathrobe
- An extensive chalet breakfast each morning — including a curated breakfast box with fresh rolls and regional delicacies. Plus all essentials ready for you upon your arrival: organic butter, organic milk, organic eggs, honey — sourced from small local producers of the Slow Food Carinthia region. Complemented by cereals, fine jams, a small tea bar and Lavazza beans for the SMEG coffee machine.

Not included in the chalet price:
- The local tourist tax for all guests (€3.90 per night and person)
- E-charging station (11 kW) in the carport for up to 2 electric cars, currently available at €0.60 per kWh, charging at check-out according to actual consumption
- A security deposit of min. €3,000 is required to cover potential damages such as breakages, stains or additional cleaning and repair costs that may occur during your stay and which exceed normal wear and tear. This deposit will be refunded after check-out.
Upgrades for your exceptional stay at Chalet Falk
- Private chef – for a private dinner, brunch or lunch prepared and served in the chalet. Full culinary service for your stay also on request. Also available on order: fresh or smoked trout (seasonal), or a hearty alpine platter – delivered directly to the chalet.
- Massages & private yoga – soothing wellness moments right in your chalet.
- Personal guides – private ski lessons and guiding, guided hikes or bike tours, tennis or golf lessons or water activities such as SUP, windsurfing, snorkelling, diving and much more.
- A unique heli-skiing adventure – with Alpe Adria Heliskiing.
- Airport transfers, helicopter shuttles or panoramic flights.
- Extra cleaning and laundry service – for your added comfort.
Payment & Cancellation
- A deposit of 50% is to be transferred to our account within 7 days after receiving your booking confirmation. The remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to arrival, together with the security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded immediately upon check-out. You may also pay via PayPal Secured Payment with a 5% service fee.
- If you cancel a confirmed booking, a cancellation fee of 25% of the chalet price will be charged up to 30 days before arrival, 50% from 29 to 8 days before arrival, 90% thereafter. We generally recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
