The rate includes exclusive use of the chalet and all its amenities, including the private spa, heated pool, sauna, electricity, water, internet, firewood, and final cleaning. Also included: a welcome selection of organic bread, coffee and tea, high-quality linen and robes, the regional SonnenscheinCard, and 10% VAT.

Yes. Chalet Falk offers a range of bespoke services to elevate your stay – including a private chef, curated breakfast boxes, in-house massages, private yoga, personal guides for sports and nature experiences, heli-skiing, panoramic flights and additional housekeeping.

Is Chalet Falk suitable for children?

Yes, but please note that due to the nature of the property and its surroundings (e.g. heated pool, open fire, direct access to the mountain stream), the minimum age for children is 8 years.

No, Chalet Falk is a pet-free property. We kindly ask guests to make alternative arrangements for their animals.

Yes, Chalet Falk is a strictly non-smoking property. For guests who smoke, a designated outdoor area with an ashtray is available to ensure comfort while respecting the serene alpine atmosphere.

Can Chalet Falk be used as a party location?

Accepted Answer

Chalet Falk is not designed for party groups or excessive celebrations, such as hen or stag parties. However, occasions like birthdays, Christmas or New Year’s Eve are, of course, very welcome – as long as they are celebrated in a stylish, private and respectful manner. Chalet Falk is a place for meaningful moments, relaxation and retreat – not for loud parties or wild nights. Please note that we kindly ask all guests to respect the character and tranquillity of the property.

What is the standard occupancy and pricing policy?

All standard rates apply to up to 4 guests for a minimum of 7 nights. Additional guests (up to a total of 8, including children) are charged at €200 per night per person. Shorter stays are available at an additional charge with a minimum of 4 nights to pay.

Are there discounts for longer stays or returning guests?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Enjoy 10% off from 10 nights, 15% from 14 nights, and 20% from 21 nights. Returning guests receive 5% off. In addition, returning guests who refer new guests are rewarded with a further 5% discount.
