In St. Oswald near Bad Kleinkirchheim, at 1,323 metres and beside the Oswalder Bach mountain stream, the entire chalet is exclusively yours. Around 250 square metres, with four suites, the spacious Falk Lounge and your own private spa, provide room for two to eight guests. Christmas as a couple, with family or with your closest friends — with complete privacy and personal attention from your host.

An Exceptional Setting for Familiar Christmas Traditions

At Christmas, we gravitate towards places where we feel at home. Why not find that feeling in the mountain landscape of the Nockberge? With familiar traditions, the people who matter to us and surroundings that make these days feel special.

The Falk Lounge is the heart of the chalet. The open kitchen, large dining table, fireplace and seating area flow naturally into one another. A glass façade approximately eleven metres wide opens up views of the garden and mountains. Reclaimed timber, lime plaster, black steel and natural fabrics bring warmth to the clean architectural lines.

Here, Christmas takes shape through cooking together, exchanging gifts, a festive dinner and the conversations that follow. As evening settles over the mountains, linger at the table or take a glass of wine over to the fire.

Your Christmas Tree Is Already Waiting

During Christmas week, we prepare a beautiful, generously sized Christmas tree from the Nockberge for you. If you wish, it will be fully decorated in the lounge when you arrive.

If decorating the tree together is part of your Christmas tradition, we will put up the lights and leave the decorations ready for you. Put on some Christmas music, pour a glass and decorate the tree together — perhaps this is the moment your Christmas holiday begins.

The Christmas tree is included in your stay. Before your arrival, we will personally agree whether you would like it fully decorated or prepared with lights for you to finish yourselves.

Celebrate Together. Enjoy Space of Your Own.

When several generations or couples travel together, having space of your own makes all the difference. Four suites, each with its own bathroom, give everyone a private retreat.

While some linger over breakfast, someone else settles down with a book. Others enjoy the sauna or head out to ski. Later, everyone comes together again in the lounge. Time together comes naturally, with the freedom for each person to follow their own rhythm.

As a couple, you also enjoy exclusive use of the entire house: Christmas breakfast overlooking the mountains, hours in your own spa and an evening by the fire. Generous space to enjoy the festive season together.

Four suites with their own bathrooms offer space to celebrate together and retreat in privacy.

Christmas Eve, Just as You Imagine It

Perhaps Christmas begins with a morning walk. Perhaps you would like a few runs on the quiet slopes of our local mountain in the Bad Kleinkirchheim ski area before an afternoon church service and preparations for the evening.

Or you simply stay in the chalet and let the day unfold slowly.

At CHALET FALK, there are no set breakfast or dinner times. You decide when to place the presents beneath the tree, when Christmas dinner is served and how long the evening lasts.

Discuss any special wishes with your host in advance, from a private dinner to individual arrangements. The things that matter to you will be prepared, leaving room for spontaneous moments during your stay.
